  • Inspect your roof bi-annually to avoid leaks.

  • Seal windows and doors.
  • Inspect showers, tubs, toilets, and appliances regularly.
  • Check for dark spots under pipes, water stains on the ceiling and always keep an eye out for any active drips and repair immedietly.
